Consultation Charge - $55.00:
(paid on arrival) This helps offset the higher gas prices and my time spent on your property evaluating, investigating, and identifying the species involved. Our home and property inspections are thorough.
If we determine your problem is severe and persistent enough to warrant action, I'm a NC Damage Control Agent and will issue a depredation permit to remove your wildlife nuisance at no extra charge.
After permit is issued there is a
$50.00 charge to be paid daily. This daily fee is to monitor and/or re-bait traps. We have no hidden fees, on the day we trap your nuisance animal, said animal will be removed at no extra charge and you're done. If we determine there are multiple animals, you will be contacted and your consent must be given to continue trapping. Daily rates apply.
RATE EXAMPLE:
After initial consultation, daily rate is $50.00 per day.
Day 1 consultation fee $55.00, 2nd day (set trap) $50.00, 3rd day (check trap and re-bait) $50.00
With animal trapped on 3rd day = $155.00 Total (includes disposal fee)
Due to special circumstances, some jobs will be on a bid only basis.
Home repair and restoration:
$40.00 daily service call
$35.00 per hour labor, plus materials
5 year guarantee on all repairs and/or wildlife exclusions
Bat exclusion:
$55.00 consultation
$40.00 daily plus $35.00 per hour labor, plus materials
Bats can NOT be excluded from attics or buildings from May through July. Bats can ONLY be sealed off from the living quarters at this time.
